Group Classes

Join our health-focused community and gain access to personal training at a lower price point.

Group sessions are built around short bursts of constantly varied high intensity exercise combined with traditional strength training circuits. Sometimes lifting, sometimes jumping, sometimes rowing, sometimes boxing, mixed with mobility, balance and stretching. Always modifiable for almost every skill level. Always fun.

Group classes run from 6:30 a.m. through 10:30 a.m.

All-inclusive memberships are $240/month and include group classes, private access to early bird and late bird gym workouts, nutrition and life coaching.
