Meet the Team

Cheryl Marconi

Max has changed peoples' lives with his compassion and wisdom. He is a NASM-certified personal trainer, certified Rock Steady Boxing coach, certified yoga instructor, and longtime emotional wellness counselor. He specializes in coaching people to reach their life goals through boxing, personal training, and nutritional guidance. He also pastors a church in Newton and is a photographer and accomplished musician. Max lives in Wellesley with his wife, the youngest of his four children and tiny dog.

Cheryl is a certified personal trainer, certified nutrition coach, certified Rock Steady Boxing coach, former competitive fitness coach, and writer. She has a passion for natural health and nutrition. Trained in journalism, she is tenacious, focused, and intent on helping clients meet their goals. ​She is an artist at heart and loves cooking, painting, photography, nature, architecture, interior design, and music. She was raised in Dover, raised her son in Dover, and is continually inspired by her husband who is valiantly fighting Parkinson's disease. ​
